  Great hotel! Nextdoor to Meadowhall. We had planned to eat at TGI Fridays next door on our second night but the food at the hotel was so good we stayed in! Clean rooms too

  Anthony in the bar / restaurant was fantastic Great service and nothing was too much trouble. Food was decent, meal deal is good value Rooms clean and tidy Car parking was readily available, well lit and clean. Common areas are nice and clean

  Second stay at this hotel whilst visiting family in Sheffield. Rooms as expected for Premier Inn, though could do with a little update (paint, general refresh etc.). Staff fantastic, friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you especially to Rachel and Anthony for going above and beyond. Good location for our return journey back Norfolk.

  We stayed at Premier Inn Sheffield Arena, and Antony the duty manager from Premier Inn Sheffield Meadowhall was working there for the evening. What a guy, so welcoming and professional. My colleague and I arrived in the restaurant just as they were about to finish service. Antony spotted us straight away and ensured that the kitchen stayed open to feed us. His attention to us made us feel that nothing was too much trouble, which we very much appreciated. The following day we moved to Premier Inn Sheffield Meadowhall, imagine our surprise when Antony was at reception. He recognised us straight away, and a gain he made us very welcome. When I went to my room, I had a problem with a noisy bathroom fan, that would not switch off. I knew I would not be able to sleep with the noise. I went to Reception to report the problem, Antony was there and took control of the problem. He was able to sort the problem in an instant. When we went into the bar, and he even remembered what drinks we had the night before. I also noted how professional and amiable he was with other guests too. Antony is a highly motivated member of staff, and a credit to Premier Inns. His dedication to his work and his genuine desire to ensure that guests who stay at Premier Inns have a wonderful stay is to be admired. Thank you Antony.
